Parent name, email address, billing and subscription details, child profile details, and support messages.

How we use it

We use this information to send emails, process billing, generate personalized content, and operate the service.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers needed to run InboxAdventure, including payment processing, email delivery, and hosting.

Children's data

InboxAdventure is purchased and managed by a parent or guardian. Please submit only the information needed to personalize your child's packs.

Retention

We keep account and delivery records for operational, tax, and support purposes unless you ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain.
