Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective June 4, 2026.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal.

How cancellation works

If you cancel before the end of the free trial, you will not be charged for the first subscription period. If you cancel after billing starts, your subscription remains active through the current paid period and then stops renewing.

Refunds

Because InboxAdventure is a digital subscription with immediate access to personalized content, charges are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins. If there is an accidental charge or a billing error, contact us and we will review it promptly.
